Star is proud to reward the dedicated commitment and years of service of its employees. Employees with 5 or more years of service are publicly recognized in a Service Award ceremony. Awards are provided to employees in 5-year increments.

This commitment ensures the safety of our drivers and everyone on the road. To honor the dedication and hard work of our exceptional drivers, we’ve implemented a driver incentive program, offering the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses.
